I recognize in order to fulfill my obligations to the animals in my care, to my customers, my business must be governed by honorable standards...Therefore I solemnly pledge:

  1. To provide conscientious care for the animals entrusted to our Kennel being constantly attentive to their security, safety, and wellbeing, and to place their welfare above all other business considerations. 
  2. We will provide security and safety for all pets in our care by means of proper facility design, good screening and handling proceedures, and by keeping all pet areas free of potential hazzards.
  3. We will provide vigilant supervision of all pets and will respond approprietely to any sign of inappropriate behavior, distress or emergency.
  4. We will provide individual water containers and clean water to all boarded pets.
  5. We will ensure an adequate amount of food and the proper diet is provided to each pet.
  6. We will administer owner-provided or veterinary-prescribed medication in accordance with the provided instructions.
  7. We will take appropriate measures to ensure a clean and healthy kennel environment.
  8. We will provide protection from the elements and from excessive exposure to the sun, heat and cold for all pets.
  9. We will respect the confidential nature of our business/client relationship and will not release client information or any animals to unauthorized individuals.
  10. To deal honestly and fairly with you the customer and to avoid misrepresentation of my services.
  11. To respect the confidence of every customer served and endeavor to resolve any disputes which might arise in a fair amicable and profesional manner.
  12. To place service to my customers and the care of your pet above personal gain.
  13. To avoid unfair competitive practices,  slander or defamation of my competitors and actions or business practices which would result in dishonor upon or distrust of my competitors or of the pet care services industry in general.
  14. To obey all applicable Federal, Provincial and local laws governing animal care and business practices.
  15. To encourage responsible pet ownership and increased awareness and acceptance of humane and noble animal programs.
